项目介绍

哥本哈根大学健康与医学科学院兽医临床微生物学系招收 2 年期兼职（part-time）博士后，约 2027 年 1 月 1 日到岗，隶属 Luca Guardabassi 教授主持的「同一健康抗菌药耐药性」研究组（One Health Antimicrobial Resistance, OHAR）。博后将参与欧盟 EUPAHW 合作计划资助的 BEST-VET 项目（SOA36 子课题「设计最佳兽医实践以减少抗菌药与抗寄生虫药使用」），既承担联盟日常协调与管理职责，也开展降低猪群抗菌药使用的研究——为关键地方性细菌疾病改进诊断与治疗方案，并用 GRADE 方法开发猪医学循证抗菌药使用临床指南。申请截止 2026 年 10 月 15 日。

Your job

You will contribute to selected work packages and expert groups of the EU project BEST-VET, including WP1 (Reduction of drug use in pigs), WP7 (Environmental impact of antimicrobial/antiparasitic drugs and phage therapy), Expert Group 1 (Phages and their environmental impact), Expert Group 3 (Standardization of sampling, metagenomics and analytical methods) and Expert Group 5 (Clinical guidance). You will be responsible for coordinating and following up on SOA36 activities related to these work packages and expert groups, act as a key point of contact between the project management, work package leaders and expert groups, support the organisation of Management Board meetings, and maintain the SOA36 SharePoint and associated project documentation. You are required to be physically present in the laboratory to contribute to ongoing research projects and oversee experiments conducted by PhD, MSc, and BSc students.

Profile

• An MSc degree in Veterinary Medicine; a PhD in Veterinary Microbiology or a closely related field; previous postdoctoral experience.
• Outstanding publication record in relation to career stage; excellent scientific writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience in supervising PhD, MSc, and BSc students; experience in the coordination and management of collaborative research projects.
• Experience with bacterial whole-genome sequencing and genomic data analysis; knowledge of key concepts in antimicrobial stewardship.
• Desirable: research experience in antimicrobial resistance; experience in metagenomics; routine bacteriological and mycological diagnostics; preparing research proposals and applications for external funding.

Application deadline: 15 October 2026, 23.59 CEST. Interviews are expected to be held in weeks 44-45 (26 October – 5 November 2026). The postdoctoral position is a 2-year part-time appointment starting around 1 January 2027, placed at the Section for Veterinary Clinical Microbiology.
