项目介绍

斯德哥尔摩大学（Stockholm University）心理学系招收 1 名心理学博士研究生，课题隶属「精神科时间医学」（chronomedicine in psychiatry）项目，目标是用人体内在生物钟改善治疗效果与功能水平。岗位为 4 年制带薪博士聘用，起聘日期 2027 年 1 月 1 日或之后尽早，申请截止 2026 年 11 月 2 日，参考号 SU FV-3060-26。

许多精神症状（如焦虑）、认知过程（如注意）与压力相关生理（如皮质醇分泌）在一天内显著波动，但这些波动多大程度由昼夜节律系统驱动、多大程度由光照、睡眠、进食与压力暴露等行为与环境因素驱动，仍不清楚。博士生将参与若干相互衔接的研究：用生态瞬时评估（EMA）追踪日常生活中的认知、情绪、压力与生理；用严格控制的实验室恒定程序（constant routine）分离内源性昼夜节律与外部因素；以及昼夜定时认知探针实验。项目涉及部分夜间与晚间睡眠实验室数据采集。

Qualification requirements

• General entry: a second-cycle degree, or at least 240 higher education credits of which 60 at second-cycle level, or equivalent knowledge.
• Specific entry for psychology: at least 90 credits in psychology or another scientific discipline relevant to the dissertation topic, of which at least 15 credits of independent work (thesis/publication), or equivalent knowledge; the applicant must be able to engage with scientific literature written in English.
• Particular merit: experience working in a human sleep laboratory; experience with intensive longitudinal designs measuring stress physiology (e.g. HRV and wearable sensors); excellent English; proficiency in Swedish is a merit as the study involves interaction with Swedish-speaking participants.
