The Department of Real Estate & Construction at the University of Hong Kong offers research postgraduate programs that aim to contribute broadly to the advancement and sustainability of urban society through all aspects of the land conversion process. This Department welcomes applicants with a good first degree and/or higher degrees, which may or may not be related to real estate and construction.
Departmental requirements include submission of a research proposal.
