项目介绍

奥尔堡大学（Aalborg University）临床医学院「炎症性肠病分子预测国家卓越中心」（PREDICT, Center for Molecular Prediction of Inflammatory Bowel Disease）招收 1 名生物信息学方向博士后，聘期 3 年、全职（每周 37 小时），自 2027 年 3 月 1 日或其后尽早到岗，申请截止 2026 年 10 月 21 日，参考号 2026/1158。工作地点为奥尔堡大学哥本哈根校区（Copenhagen South Harbour）。

博后将自主设计并推进炎症性肠病（IBD）领域的关键研究问题，可基于 PREDICT 已有的多源数据开展创新研究，包括登记数据、基因组学、微生物组学、代谢组学与表观遗传学。工作涵盖从研究设计、实施、论文撰写、申请经费到国际会议报告与指导学生，向中心主任 Tine Jess 教授汇报，并与临床医生、生物统计学家及分子各领域专家协作。

Your competencies

• A PhD in bioinformatics within the field of IBD, or a background in bioinformatics or similar combined with excellent skills in advanced data analysis, great insight into molecular medicine and a special interest in IBD.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with registry data as well as genomic, microbiomics and other omics data.
• High-quality publications; experience with project management; excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Excellent skills in initiating projects and working independently; an international network within the field; excellent collaborative skills.
