项目介绍

卡罗林斯卡学院（Karolinska Institutet）肿瘤-病理学系「计算乳腺影像组」（Computational Breast Imaging Group）招收 1 名博士研究生，方向为人工智能与临床数据科学在乳腺癌中的应用。岗位为博士研究生聘用，最长 4 年全日制（也可不低于 50% 非全日制），入职时间面议，申请截止 2026 年 10 月 20 日，参考号 STÖD 2-3996/2026，工作地点为瑞典索尔纳（Solna）。

课题要构建基于智能体的数据基础设施与方法，把纵向、多模态临床数据转化为结构化的「临床决策状态表示」与基准数据集，用于以正确性为导向评估 AI 支持下的多学科决策。乳腺癌诊疗涉及放射、病理、外科、肿瘤与多学科会诊的复杂纵向决策，而现有 AI 系统多为单任务设计，难以刻画真实决策的时序性与多学科结构。项目使用超过 3 万例的回顾性乳腺癌队列，并与国家乳腺癌质量登记库（National Quality Register for Breast Cancer）关联。主导师为课题组首席 AI 科学家 Apostolia Tsirikoglou 博士，副导师为课题组长 Fredrik Strand 副教授。

Skills and personal qualities

• Necessary: a master’s degree (or equivalent) in image analysis, machine learning, computer science, biomedical engineering, data science or a related field; solid programming skills, in particular Python; experience with machine learning and/or image analysis; experience with data engineering, data pipelines or heterogeneous data sources; strong analytical ability and interest in interdisciplinary research at the intersection of AI and clinical medicine; ability to work both independently and collaboratively; excellent written and spoken English.
• Desirable: experience with health data standards (e.g. FHIR, OMOP, DICOM) or clinical data; experience with multimodal data integration or temporal/longitudinal data; familiarity with containerization and reproducible research workflows (e.g. Docker); interest in trustworthy AI, evaluation methodology and clinical translation.
