阿尔托大学（Aalto University）电气工程学院「信息物理系统组」（Cyber-physical Systems Group）招收 2 名强化学习方向博士研究员，岗位隶属 ERC Starting Grant 资助项目，聚焦面向真实系统的持续强化学习。职位为 2+2 制（首聘 2 年含 6 个月试用期，中期考核通过后再延 2 年，共计 4 年），2027 年 1 月起聘或面议，博士生起薪 3143 欧元/月，申请截止 2026 年 10 月 23 日 23:59（EEST），岗位编号 R48223，工作地点为芬兰埃斯波奥塔涅米校区（Otaniemi, Espoo）。

经典强化学习理论建立在「系统可重置」的假设上，而真实系统不会重置、故障不可逆、环境持续变化。本项目同时处理这两个问题：把以轨迹为中心的目标与自适应、依赖上下文的策略结合起来，使自动驾驶车辆能适应多年季节变化、制造系统能在不停机前提下随生产需求演化、医疗监测能跨数十年个性化到具体患者。岗位 1 主攻以轨迹为中心的优化，岗位 2 主攻自适应策略，两人需协作把两条路线整合为统一的强化学习算法。工作以方法与理论为主，也可在阿尔托机器人实验室用机械臂、四足机器人等做实物验证。

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering or related fields.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.
• Desired background: stochastic processes, ideally including ergodicity theory; reinforcement learning, dynamic programming and Markov decision processes; programming skills (Python).
