Doctoral student in technology development of spatial workflows
项目介绍
The planned Ph.D. work will be carried out at Science for Life Laboratory Stockholm, a national and multi-university effort in large-scale life sciences. The Lundeberg laboratory has, during the most recent years, focused on spatial transcriptomics. The research focuses on improving and expanding the spatial capabilities to capture the richness of tissue ecosystem. We now seek a new Ph.D. to carry out technology development in spatial methodology using next-generation sequencing data. We will prioritize candidates with experience in spatial experimental work, such as spatial transcriptomics as well as single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. In particular, we seek a candidate with experience of tissue handling and sectioning, bright field imaging with insight into sequenced based bioinformatics analysis after spatial experiments
